Reeds Ferry® Small Buildings, Inc., warranties your building for 30 years

from the date of purchase against defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty does not include doors and windows. The roof shingles are separately warranted for 30 years against leakage. (natural disaster, damage by accident or neglect are excluded) This warranty extends to the original purchaser. Chapin Sheds will deliver or install your Shed Free of Structural Defects 

Warranty Excluding Storm Related Damage 
Winds over 55 MPH or Natural Disasters

Warranty Excluding Normal Wear Items
Similar to a car or home, your new shed will weather over the years. 
There is NO warranty for the Shed Ramp.  

 

Purchaser is Required to Care for and Maintain Their Shed -> Wash Siding, Paint as Needed

 

(5) five-year Warranty against defects in Material and Workmanship. Chapin Sheds reserves the right to revoke all warranties in cases of neglect, abuse, or improper usage.  This includes but not limited to: Painting on Duratemp, Miratec, and Clapboard is considered routine maintenance and is only covered under warranty for the first year. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser. There are no other warranties expressed or implied, either oral or in writing. Any structural modifications or attachments either interior or exterior (for example: sheet-rocking, attaching a covered porch) are at the discretion of Chapin Sheds Incorporated to void warranty.
